Chat Moderator Manager | Malta | iGaming | Bingo | Spanish & English Speaking
SRGEurope has been appointed to recruit a Chat Moderator Manager in Malta for an exciting growing iGaming brand that forms part of a global brand. As the Chat Moderator Manager, you will be responsible for a team of Chat Moderators. On offer is an excellent salary plus a dynamic & working environment.
Chat Moderator Manager Responsibilities:
- Ensure yourself and the team fully understand current promotions / offers
- Work with internal stakeholders to identify and implement unique entertainment ideas
- Rota management of the team plus leave / absence
- Appraisals / performance reviews and managing any grievances plus disciplinary processes
- Hiring and on boarding of new team members as required & assist in training
- With the team, ensure that customers are interacting in an appropriate manner (quality assurance checks to be made)
- To identify and prevent players from risk addiction through established procedures as needed
Chat Moderator Manager Requirements:
- Native Spanish speaker with strong English communication skills
- Must be eligible to work in Malta
- Proven knowledge of bingo / online gaming
- Experience in a similar chartroom / social media environment
- Previous experience of team management
- Excellent attention to detail
