SRGEurope has been appointed to recruit an experienced Business Analyst - CRM to join a high profile and fast growing online gaming company in Malaga. Our client is dynamic, creative, and has an incredibly talented work-force.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture business requirements for the group of products and tools under CRM solutions.

• Continuous market research to help identify improvements to existing products and tools.

• Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements using agile artefacts.

• Identify customer journeys and user flows and incorporate them into the analysis and

• Requirements for each deliverable.

• Analyse and manage any day-to-day requirements changes keeping business sponsors and agile delivery teams updated.

• Manage business requirements across multiple agile development teams.

• Maintain existing product knowledge base Develop and implement the strategic plan that guides the direction of the product development with a view to growing the Gaming revenues across all brands.

Skills and experience

• Confident in stakeholder's management and gathering requirements techniques.

• Experienced in documenting business requirements using Agile artefacts.

• Strong attention to detail coupled with the ability to see ahead.

• Well-versed in Agile, Scrum and competing methodologies.

• Relevant degree (Math, Computer Science, Engineering background preferred)

• Relevant experience and background knowledge (Betting and Gambling preferred)

• Familiar with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence)

• Able to work in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment.
