B2B Customer Service Representative – International Online Gaming Company - Gibraltar
Salary package £20,000 plus benefits

SRGEurope has been appointed to recruit a B2B Customer Service Representative with proven experience in customer service, including a B2B environment. The successful B2B Customer Service Representative will come from an exceptional customer services background, ideally within Online Gaming and be confident working with global customers
.
B2B Customer Service Representative responsibilities

  • Respond to customer questions and queries via telephone and email
  • Participate in resolving or resolves customers' questions
  • Monitor online activity to identify problems
  • Investigate problems using customer support tools
  • Maintain resolution of on-going queries and problems
  • Refer customer issues to level-2 and level-3 support resources
  • Assist with pre and post release testing of products in production
  • Investigate and test customer problems and issues to verify and escalate accordingly
  • Verify and validate customer problems and issues, and provide solutions
  • Own resolution of customer issues and tracking
  • Determine when to escalate problems and issues to higher level resources
  • Serve as a point of contact with customers in responding to and resolving issues and problems

B2B Customer Service representative skills/experience

  • Knowledge of customer support processes in a B2B environment
  • Knowledge of Internet call centre environment
  • Basic knowledge of Online Casino games and game serving platforms and technologies
  • Experience in incident and queue management
  • 2- to 5-years of customer service or related experience and at least 1 year in a B2B environment
