Asia Customer Services Representative | Online Gaming | Gibraltar
SRGEurope have been appointed to recruit a capable Asia Customer Services Representative. The role needs to develop a culture of customer satisfaction through chat and email. In the meantime, works in a fast-paced environment to address customer issues according to company terms and conditions.

What you will be doing:
Be able to provide first contact solution of customer issues via chat, e-mail.
Deal with maximum six chats at a time.
Be able to deliver timely and accurate response to customer queries according to QA form.
Be able to communicate and escalate issues to Lv3 and Shift leaders.
Maintain security and confidentiality of internal information.
Be able to assist to review documents in Thai
Be able to identify RG concerns via chat and email.
The Essentials:
Satisfactory completion of three months' probation
Familiarity with key back offices used by CS Team
Professional communication and writing skills in Thai, and additional language Chinese or English is required
Basic sports and casino knowledge.
Ability to follow the department escalation procedures
Awareness of License Requirements and Responsible Gaming obligations
Team player with a positive attitude
Flexibility with rota shift patterns, adapt to the needs of the business where possible
