The Role

SRGEurope have been appointed to recruit an experienced Media Buyer with native Arabic. In this role you will be based in our client's offices in beautiful, sunny Malta. Our clients need you to be an effective negotiator with excellent interpersonal skills, sales oriented and knowledgeable about media channels and advertising options.

Our clients are an established and growing name within the Financial Services Sector and are currently expanding across the EU. They offer a relaxed, yet hard-working international work environment and they are looking for an ambitious, like-minded team player, that is passionate about what they do, motivated and with a desire to succeed, to join their Marketing team.

A background as a Media Buyer with experience in affiliate marketing and an overall understanding of Online Financial Services products, is a prerequisite for you to succeed in this role.

What you will be doing

• Liaising across the relevant internal departments to develop an effective strategy whilst managing and optimizing media campaigns ensuring the ads meet the Brand's standards and are effective in targeting the designated audience.

• Preparing budgets, comparing, and negotiating rates and monitoring costs and ROI.

• Proactively following media and advertisement trends and testing new channels and platforms.

• Building strong, long-term relationships with clients.

The Essentials

• Native Arabic speaker.

• 1+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing and as a Media Buyer are essential.

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the aptitude to create rapport with clients and media professionals.

• A critical thinker with excellent analytical skills, methodical, numbers driven and well organised.

• Be proactive, creative, and have a positive and enthusiastic 'can-do attitude'.

• Must hold a valid EU passport.
