SRGEurope has been appointed to recruit an experienced Analytics Manager to join a high profile online gaming provider in Gibraltar.
Key Responsibilities
- Present complex information in layman terms with clear recommendations
- Support business providing actionable insights and track change ROI
- Create department roles and responsibilities
- Establish relevant KPI's and operational metrics to empower the business to track their success and facilitate their operations
- Support in developing tests when needed and provide recommendations
- Provide visibility of brands'/market/products' performance
- Identifying areas for improvement with existing tools
Duties
- Create objectives for the Analytics Team and provide updated roadmaps in order to give visibility to key stakeholders and ensure actionable deliveries are aligned with business goals
- Empower the business teams to make data driven decisions
- Analysing operational and marketing activity of the business
Essential
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (Master's Degree preferred) in Maths, Statistics or equivalent
- Strong Excel skills
- Math/statistical/analytical background
- Understanding of business financials, ROI & profitability
- Finance background and/understanding of igaming P&L
- Online gaming experience is a must!
- Competent in programming languages such as R or Python
- Tableau or QlikView experience is an advantage
