SRG are working with a leading UK&I gaming company to find an Acquisition Manager, you will join a company with a fun work environment, well established team and growth plans for UK/EU. As the Acquisition Manager you manage an in-house digital marketing team that looks after Digital Media (Paid Social, Display & Video), PPC, SEO, Affiliates and Performance Partnerships, Mobile Apps (ASO, Networks, & App Growth strategies).
Acquisition Manager Responsibilities
Supporting the Head of Digital Marketing in creating and executing the digital acquisition strategy with the explicit aim of growing traffic & revenue.
Managing a team that looks after Digital Media (Paid Social, Display & Video), PPC, SEO, Affiliates and Performance Partnerships, Mobile Apps (ASO, Networks, & App Growth strategies).
Responsible for branding, acquisition, retention and retargeting strategies.
Responsible for the day-to-day management, optimisation, and analysis of all acquisition-focused marketing channels.
Work closely with a number of key stakeholders in the business, including Brand Marketing, Creative, Gaming & Sportsbook to deploy a range of digital campaigns.
Oversee a digital marketing calendar, forecasting and budgets in accordance with marketing plans.
Forecast of annual acquisition budget, by channel and brand ensuring it is aligned with ATL plan whilst working to an agreed new customer acquisition target
Use numerous internal + external data sources to provide weekly analytics for traffic and player value insight and adjust digital plan accordingly, to ensure optimal performance
Effectively manage people by building a high-quality working relationship and providing a blend of support, development and performance management that enables channel managers to work at their optimum capabilities.
Acquisition Manager Requirements
5+ years' experience in digital marketing
Experience within the Gaming & Sportsbook industry is highly beneficial
Solid understanding of all key marketing channels highlighted above- Digital Media (Paid Social, Display & Video), PPC, SEO, Affiliates and Performance Partnerships, Mobile Apps
Experience with analytics tools including Google Analytics and Tableau
Working knowledge of ad serving tools
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
