Account Manager (B2B) - Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Building and maintaining strong, long lasting customer relationships
- Acting as main point of contact and develop a trusted advisor relationship with your assigned customers and their key stakeholders
- Coach and challenge customers, always be a step ahead and identify what improvements can be done together with your accounts
- Selling, up-selling and cross-selling gaming solutions
- Develop and implement account plans that drive the attainment of critical business objectives and forecast and track account metrics/KPI's for each of your accounts
Account Manager (B2B) - Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience in similar role in online gaming (VIP Manager or similar) or direct client sales/Account Management experience
- An expert understanding of competition
- Excellent stakeholder management
- In-depth understanding of other business departments
- Perform duties in a timely, logical and organised manner
- Be proactive and energetic in the work situation, seeking to get things done and at the same time deal with a variety of tasks
- Casino experience is advantageous but not essential
