SRGEurope has been appointed to recruit an experienced Account Manager to join a high profile and fast growing online gaming company in Gibraltar. Our client is dynamic, creative, and has an incredibly talented work-force. You will be a key representative of the business and deliver the highest quality service.

Account Manager (B2B) - Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Full ownership of positive and effective relationships both internally with relevant stakeholders
  • Keep up to date with products, internal work-streams, processes and projects priorities
  • Conduct regular product feedback sessions with the internal stakeholders of the business to understand what are the priority areas for their departments
  • Create a network of contacts across various disciplines
  • Maintain a vendor list of priorities and initiatives and provide visibility and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders where needed
  • Conduct regular sessions with global partners to achieve greater visibility of their roadmap and priorities
  • Drive service standards and initiate improvements to existing services in order to meet business objectives
  • Manage product launch and notifications across the business

Account Manager (B2B) - Essential Criteria:

  • Previous experience in similar role in online gaming
  • An expert understanding of competition
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Extensive experience in launching new platforms, products and brands
  • In-depth understanding of other business departments
  • Perform duties in a timely, logical and organised manner
  • Be proactive and energetic in the work situation, seeking to get things done and at the same time deal with a variety of tasks
