The Role

SEO Manager required to work for one of the leading Gaming companies in Gibraltar. You will be building SEO strategies and leading a team of specialists to enable the growth of their organic traffic. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership in crafting high- performing strategies and enjoys working in a fast-paced organisation. As the SEO Manager you will work to identify and address technical improvements to client's websites, perform keyword and competitive research to inform client's content strategy and implement all onsite SEO efforts.

What You Will Be Doing

• Leading the in-house SEO team and external agencies to deliver double digit growth in traffic and revenue from the channel.

• Partner with teams like Product, IT, Marketing and broader teams across the business

• Track and analyse technical factors affecting search visibility, crawling and index coverage, providing insight and recommendations for improvement

• Closely monitor SEO commercial and technical performance to identify issues, find root-causes, and implement systematic solutions

• Perform keyword research to maintain, update, and vet target keyword lists to ensure growth in both brand and non-brand rankings and traffic.

• Coordinate the SEO team and resources to improve traffic and grow FTD numbers and revenue through the channel.

• Audit existing web pages to identify gaps and propose new content opportunities and existing content optimizations.

• Responsible for PR campaigns, ensuring cooperation with stake holders for growth in that area.

• Lead annual organic traffic forecasting efforts across markets, in conjunction with acquisition leadership across the business.

• Contribute both strategically and tactically to the wider acquisition optimization efforts

What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role

• 5+ years of managing SEO in house or agency

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training/experience

• Analytical with a strong understanding of technical SEO best practices with experience implementing on-site optimizations to improve site quality

• Knowledge of Google's algorithms and understanding their guiding principles

• Experience of growing and leading teams in a "hands-on" manner

• Passion for data and testing new features or improvements
