Private Tutor (HNWI Household) - Gibraltar - Qualified UK teacher - Excellent Salary Package plus benefits

Private Tutor required for a HNWI, you will be based at the Principals main home in Gibraltar. The family spend the majority of their time there and have set up a fully equipped area for schooling. They have other International residences and do travel from time to time. As the Private Tutor you would accompany the family on those trips during the 18 weeks of active household employment. The other working weeks would be remote and online addressing any school requirements. It is ideal if you speak Hebrew so this could be taught during the course of the schooling.

What You Will Be Doing

• A capable and intelligent educator is required for two children aged 5 and 8 years. Both children have had some form of home-schooling.

• The position involves teaching English and Maths as core subjects.

• The tutor will ideally combine the academic rigour of a classical education with a flexible, open-minded and adventurous approach.

• This will require the tutor to be inventive and innovative in the way they adapt the curriculum to inspire the children.

• Speaking Hebrew to introduce this in to their language skillset would be an advantage.

• The appointment is paid on a full time basis but will only be required in person for 16 to 18 weeks a year, with an option for annual renewals.

• The Tutor will need to design and deliver courses that consolidate and build on their schooling to date and ensure their progress is in line with their current school curriculum.

What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role

• Qualified UK Teacher, able to supply relevant diplomas

• Have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role

• Have impeccable references to supply with the application that can be obtained at short notice

• Be open to travel during those 16 to 18 weeks the positon is in person
