Paid Social Specialist required for an exciting company based in Malta. As a Paid Social Specialist you will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing client´s paid acquisition strategies. Social strategies are extremely important for our company's success, so your role will be crucial in achieving our business goals and objectives.

What You Will Be Doing
Highly proficient with the execution and creation of Facebook / Twitter / TikTok campaigns.
The ability to clearly demonstrate and communicate marketing strategies to clients.
Delivery of "best in class'" media strategy for our clients.
Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices.
Thorough understanding of how to measure ROI within the marketing mix.
Deliver recommendations and plans for the most effective use of client's marketing budgets.
Highly proficient with Google Analytics 4.
Day-to-day execution of Tag Management platforms.
Motivate the digital marketing team to achieve goals.
Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.
What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role
2 year of experience as a Paid Social Specialist.
Expert knowledge of all different digital marketing channels and attribution modelling.
Expert knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices.
Interest in becoming more knowledgeable across the entire marketing mix
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company's success
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
