HR Manager (part-time) | iGaming | Spain (Ceuta) | On-site
HR Manager (part-time) required for an exciting international iGaming company based in Ceuta to provide a pro-active, professional, and commercially-driven HR service to the business.

What You Will Be Doing
- Contribute to Divisional HR strategy development and implementation
- Support change initiatives
- Assist site manager with reward and benefits information
- Provide superior HR service to stakeholders
- Act as key reference for policy, legislation, and HR best practices
- Manage absence, disciplinary, grievance, and sickness issues
- Maintain GDPR-compliant employee files
- Support Employment Tribunal cases
- Document and update company policies and procedures
- Monitor Peakon scores and maintain a healthy eNPS
- Coordinate with external partners for payroll
- Prepare contractual documentation for new hires
- Manage performance appraisal system
- Identify and address training needs
- Promote a positive working environment
- Participate in Employee Engagement Committee
- Manage local recruitment and reduce costs
- Ensure best practice and alignment with strategy
- Maintain preferred supplier list
- Manage cross-functional/divisional relationships
- Report on employee demographics and key trends.
What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role
- Chartered CIPD qualified or relevant experience
- Min 5 years' experience as a HR Manager, HR Business Partner or equivalent role
- Experience of, and ability to work within, a multi-functional business
- Building of strong working relationships
- Good working knowledge of betting and gaming preferred
- Thorough and up-to-date knowledge of Spanish employment legislation and its application within the business
- Proven track record of managing ER cases (preferably including Tribunals)
- Drive, ownership, and organisation skills
- Coaching and facilitation skills
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, written and spoken
