Global Head of House Operations | Private Household (HNWI) | Dubai & Israel | £6 figure salary | Based Gibraltar with travel to Dubai in the main
Global Head of House Operations required for a high-net-worth client to oversee the operations of their private properties located in various locations such as Gibraltar, Dubai and Israel. Each property is operated to a 6-star hotel standard and is or will be fully staffed, including house managers, housekeepers, laundresses, private chefs, and drivers.
The Principal spends most of their time between the properties in Gibraltar and Dubai, which is why the Global Head of House Operations needs to be based in one of these locations, ideally Gibraltar, as approx. 2 weeks per month will be spent here. The other properties are used from time to time by the Principal's friends and family members.

What You Will Be Doing
Building and managing teams of household staff at all properties
Managing household schedules and calendars
Event planning, organizing, and coordination
Scheduling and overseeing home maintenance and repair work
Overseeing projects including interior design aspects
Overseeing the work of household contractors
Overseeing procurement of household goods
Being hands-on with all administrative duties, including paying bills, budgeting, and managing household schedules
What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role
Experience in a similar position with verifiable references
Strong staff management experience
Experience in managing multiple residences
Ideally, a background in hotel management
Based in or willing to relocate to Gibraltar or Dubai
Willingness to travel between the properties
Flexibility and adaptability
Able to prioritize and anticipate tasks
Fluent in English, any other language would be an advantage (Spanish)
