Financial Planning Business Partner required to act as the key interface between finance and the wider business, creating active partnerships with departmental cost owners across the clients company ensuring financial and reporting requirements are met and deadlines met.
As the Financial Planning Business Partner You will provide analysis and insight to senior management to support decision making across the business and help improve the impact and understanding of financial reports on business performance.

What You Will Be Doing
- Collaborate with business leaders to provide financial analysis and insights on KPI's to aid decision making.
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support budgeting and forecasts.
- Report on monthly performance against budgets and forecasts and help identify areas for improvement.
- Support other members of the finance team with analysis.
- Ad hoc reports as and when requested from Group.
What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role
- Must be analytical, advanced Excel skills.
- Previous FP&A experience preferred.
- Experience building budgets and forecasts.
- Qualified Accountant ACCA, CIMA or ACA or similar or Qualified By Experience in a similar role.
- Good communication skills and experience with challenging department heads.
