CRM Manager / Customer Relationship Manager | Online Gaming | Spain | Sotogrande

Customer Relationship Manager required for an exciting company with offices in Southern Spain. You will be responsible for engaging our customers by building and preserving trusting relationships. The customer relationship manager will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients.

The role of a Customer Relationship Manager is highly collaborative. You are the main string to keep the customers' demands and business activities aligned.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop & execute customer relationship management campaigns to increase customer loyalty
  • Full ownership and management of the Loyalty Program
  • Full ownership and management of customer journeys focused on improving retention and player value
  • Analyse customer behaviour and measure their impact on business outcomes to update strategies
  • Use existing customer data to define database marketing strategy and execution to ensure we realise maximum player value from the entire database
  • Divide customers into different segments based on common characteristics like demographics or behaviours and personalize the approach effectively
  • Run effective promotional activities to optimize growth and customer retention
  • Understand previous customer attitudes to better engage current customers
  • Identify new and more cost-efficient communication channels with customers
  • Identify the most efficient customer interaction approaches & prioritize them accordingly
  • Keep customers updated about the latest special offers in order to increase customer engagement
  • Adopt new trends & strategies to expand the customer base such as upselling and cross-selling
  • Coordinate different departments in terms of their customer interactions and establish a way to increase the level and effectiveness of their cooperation
  • Notify admins and senior management about all the execution plans & required changes
  • Monitor direct competitors of the company and find out how they handle customer relationships

What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role

  • 3+ years in a retention marketing role in the online gaming space
  • Fluent in English
  • Asian languages are beneficial
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications
  • A team player with leadership skills
  • Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
  • Analytically focused
  • Genuine interest for CRM and technical knowledge
  • Strong problem-solving skills
