CRM Executive - Danish Speaking | Gaming | Gibraltar | £35 - £45k | Onsite
Danish speaking CRM Executive required for an exciting gaming company based in Gibraltar. The successful candidate will be a bright and enthusiastic person who is passionate about marketing and providing an exceptional player experience.
You will work closely with the CRM Manager to develop and improve player communications, build engaging campaigns, and coordinate promotions across various channels including email, SMS, Push, and Direct Mail. You will also work with the in-house product team to ensure that all messaging is accurate and on brand. This position requires close collaboration with various teams to support the company's expansion plans.

What You Will Be Doing
Help to plan, create, optimise and execute CRM campaigns in conjunction with the bingo and arcade promo calendar and product launches to drive retention and reactivation
Take ownership of copy for multi-channel campaigns, keeping within the company's tone of voice and branding
Brief creative into our Design team providing amends and feedback
Work alongside our Data and Insights teams to analyse the success of CRM campaigns and inform future campaigns and segmentation
Support the CRM Manager with regular reporting providing strategic recommendations and key insights
Be seen as an expert for promotions in the business, with a keen eye on what the competition are doing.
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure promotions are compliant and receive maximum exposure.
Set up regular promotions using CMS and player management tools
Use player feedback via the insights and chat teams to inform promo creation.
Assist in the tracking of KPIs for promotional campaigns
Work with design and technical teams to manage the set up and creative production of the promotional calendar
Project management of key promotional initiatives such as Advent and Free Fiver.
What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role
Self-starter, comfortable working independently as well as part of a matrix structure
Collaborative style, accustomed to brainstorming, measuring, testing, and iterating in search of optimal ROI and entertainment value
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to research, analyse and report on numerous and complex topics in a clear and concise manner
Strong communicator comfortable collaborating with both technical and player focused colleagues
A creative thinker - always considering new features that can deliver customer value and add value to the business
Well organised with a systematic approach to work and close attention to detail
Have a flexible approach and adaptable to learn new skills / work with new tools
Understanding of the online gaming industry
